Mango Lassi (aka Mango Yum-Yum)

 

Title: Mango Lassi (aka Mango Yum-Yum)

Recipe: 1 fresh mango
1/2 c. chilled orange juice (or 2 T. orange juice concentrate)
3 T. honey
2 c. chilled milk

Cut mango off pit and dice (you can choose to peel it or not). Put mango, orange juice, & honey in a blender and blend to a puree. Remove to a glass. Put milk in the blender and process until light and frothy (a minute or two). Add a few ice cubes and process until they're crushed. Return mango mixture and process until all is frothy. Serve immediately.

(The original recipe called this a lassi even though there's no yogurt... I trust they know what they mean.)
