2-3 large cloves garlic
15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained with liquid reserved
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. mixed garbanzo liquid and olive oil (I use 1-2 T. olive oil and 2-3 T. garbanzo liquid)
1/4 t. ground cumin
salt & pepper to taste
Chop garlic in food processor. Add garbanzo beans and pulse. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended.
