1 lb dry navy beans
1.5 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1 meaty ham bone
5.5 c water
1 large onion chopped
(additional chopped ham, depending on how much is on the bone)
Place everything (except additional ham) in an instapot. Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release.
Add extra ham, if using. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Let it sit with the Keep Warm function until you're ready to eat.
