Fresh Chorizo

Recipe: From NYTimes Cooking - Quick Chorizo (part of their Chorizo Patty Melt... I defy you not to drool if you look at their picture... I can gift you a link to it, if you like - just let me know)

1 lb ground pork
1 T chili powder
1 T hot or smoked paprika
1 T white or cider vinegar [I haven't made it yet, but based on a tasty spice mix I've purchased/used before, I'm going to start with 2 T)
1 t salt

Mix and do whatever you like with it! (I like to use it in Enchilada Lasagna (here in the Mexican/Southwest section.)
