15 g salt
1/2 t dry citric acid (may look like salt or be tiny pellets; I get mine at an Asian grocery but I've also seen it in bulk spice section in grocery stores)
2 T dry parsley flakes
1.5 t dry dill weed
70 g buttermilk powder
2.5 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
3 t powdered sugar
15 g cheddar cheese powder (optional)
Put salt & citric acid in a small food processor and pulse until you have a fine powder.
Add parsley flakes & dill weed and pulse 2-3 times (until large chunks of parsley are gone).
Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine. Taste and adjust to suit your preference.
Put in shaker jar. Shake on stuff... grilled veggies, popcorn...
NOTE: I did near infinite rounds of taste/adjust/whir to arrive at this combo. The only reason for the ordered instructions are to minimize the fine powder on your counter. Feel free to throw it all in at once if you want!
