Waffles

Recipe: 2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening (64 g)
2 eggs
milk to make a thin batter (about 2 c)

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening.
Beat eggs into about 1 c. milk. Add a little at a time to flour mixture. Whisk or use mixer to smooth batter. Add more milk to make thinnish batter.
