1 lb 85% ground beef
2 big pinches salt
1 t turmeric
1 t chili powder
1/4 c ground almonds
1 egg
1.5 t fresh thyme leaves
1/2 t dry oregano
1 T brain octane oil
Preheat oven to 320 °F.
Put all ingredients into a bowl and roughly mix with hands. Form into ping-pong sized balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle salt on meatballs and place them in oven. Bake 20-25 minutes. |
