1/2 to 1 English cucumber, quartered and sliced on the diagonal
1 bag (3 cups?) mache/corn salad/nussli
1/4 c quark or Greek yogurt
Juice from one medium-sized lemon
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt, to taste
Put veggies in bowl. Mix dairy, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Stir into veggies right before serving.
