On a whim last night I came up with a super simple, super fast, SUPER TASTY side dish. Tweak to your tastes...
3 grocery store sized zucchini (or half of one that got away from you in the garden ;-)
2 T soy sauce
1/2 t. Korean chili flakes*
1 t. sesame oil
1-2 T toasted sesame seeds**
Spiralize the zucchini (I make thinner spirals). Add the rest and stir. It's ready immediately!
