Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (for Green Bean Casserole)

Recipe:
3-4 T. butter
8 button mushrooms, sliced [or, of course, something more interesting if you have it]
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small white onion, minced

1/4 c. flour
-----
1 t. fresh thyme
1/2 c. chicken stock
1 c. cream
-----
Salt & pepper, to taste
A few good shakes of Worchestershire sauce
Melt butter in medium skillet and saute mushrooms, garlic, & onions over medium heat until onions are translucent. Stir in flour. Add thyme, chicken stock, & cream. Whisk. Turn heat down to med-low and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring often. Add salt & pepper to taste.

To make casserole. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix soup with
4 can green beans, drained
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Top with
French's onions
Bake another 5 minutes.
