Teriyaki Salmon

Recipe: 1 – 1.5 lbs salmon, skinned and sliced ¼” – 3/8” thick

1 t. sugar
2 t. rice wine
2 T. soy sauce

Mix until sugar dissolved

Marinade salmon in sauce for 15 – 20 minutes.
Heat a small amount of oil in a wok until quite hot. Add a handful of salmon
(don’t add excess liquid) and stir-fry til done and starting to brown (the
yummiest part). Continue (3-4 batches total) til all is cooked.
