4 lamb chops, nearly 1" thick
1.5 T. hoisin sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 T. rice wine
1/4 t. five spice powder
1/4 t. salt
Mix all but lamb chops in shallow bowl. Coat lamb chops and let them marinate for about 1 hour in the bowl, turning/recoating once or twice.
I cook these on my tiny gas grill... fire it up and let it heat for a few minutes, then put it on about 3/4 "power" and grill chops... roughly 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the second. They should be scorched (but not burned) on the outside. Remove and cover/let rest a couple of minutes. Enjoy. |
