1 large ripe avocado
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 t. grated onion
1 dash cayenne
1/2 t. salt
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T. lemon juice
(cream or half & half to thin, if needed)
Combine all ingredients in food processor and whir until smooth. Add a bit of cream or half and half to thin, if you want to. Ideally let the flavors meld for a few hours before serving.
