Mix and store in a jar in the fridge. Masses are amounts I used for my first batch. Percentages after ingredients were from the original jar I bought.
150 g Tamarind (in a jar; the stuff I bought was runnier than what was used for the original, hence the added mass amount) - 26%
70 g tomato paste (original just specified "tomato") - 18%
water (unspecified amount... I didn't use any and my base was still runnier than the original)
1 t. onion powder; original was "Onion - 12%"... again, I was trying to keep mine thicker
30 g salt - 7.5%
8 g sugar - 2%
8 g oil - 2%
soy sauce - 1% (I omitted this one to make the mix gluten free for a friend)
4 g citric acid - 1%
MSG - 0.12% (I omitted)
