1 small head cabbage, shredded
1/2 - 1 jicama, peeled and cut into large julienne
2-3 tomatoes, diced
2 avocados (more if tiny), chopped
2-4 T. lime juice
2 T. olive oil
1/2 - 1 t. ground cumin
salt & pepper, to taste
Prepare veggies. Dress/toss with last 4 ingredients.
