Barely Lemon Clam Spaghetti

Recipe: 2 cloves of garlic
1 Can of Clams
1 8oz bottle of clam juice
About 1 T butter
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon (more if you like a stronger lemony flavor)
enough Italian parsley to fill palm of hand
same with basil
salt and pepper to taste
spaghettini (spaghetti works well also, but the smaller is better)

Saute' garlic in butter until light brown. Add juice of can of clams and bottle of clam juice. Add chopped parsley and basil. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. While simmering add spaghettini to boiling water. Add Clams and lemon juice/zest to sauce, recover and simmer for 3 more minutes. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese into sauce and stir. Remove pasta from water and toss with sauce.
