Ariel's Strange and Extremely Yummy Salad Dressing

Recipe:
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. vinegar (balsamic and/or rice wine)
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. apple juice
2 T. pomegranate vinegar (Tam's addition - fabulous if you can find it at Trader Joe's)
Whir in blender or in container with immersion blender.
