Cucumber Carpaccio

just the other day. Tried it last night and it's very nice.

1 hot-house cucumber
about 1 tablespoon soy sauce
about 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
shichimi togarashi
sea salt

1) Slice the hot-house cucumber into very thin (1/8" or a little thinner) slices.

2) Arrange slices on a plate. Some overlap is ok.

3) Combine the soy sauce and sesame oil. Drizzle over the cucumber slices.

4) Sprinkle with shichimi togarashi and sea salt.
