Title: Taco Seasoning Mix
Contributor: Jenny Pauls
Catetories: Mexican, Southwest
Recipe: Tried to approximate the envelopes from the store... but make it easier if you want to make other than 1# ground meat.

Use about 3 T per pound of ground meat, or to taste.

114 g chili powder (you can often find mild, medium, or hot... you do you!)
4 t garlic powder
4 t onion powder
4 t crushed red pepper flakes (I used gochukaru, a Korean chili flake, because that's what I had)
4 t. dried oregano
8 t (20 g) smoked paprika
46 g (1/2 cup) ground cumin
104 g sea salt
5 t black pepper
100 g onion flakes
42 g flour (to thicken... feel free to omit to make gluten-free)

Shake up/store in a big jar. (Makes about 3 c total)

Or for a single 1# batch:
1T chili powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 t. dried oregano
1/2 t smoked paprika
1.5 t ground cumin
1 t sea salt
1/3 t black pepper
1 T onion flakes
1 t flour
