8 oz. angel hair pasta
3-4 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. Korean chili flakes
1 t. sesame oil
1-2 T. vegetable oil
1-2 T. sesame seeds, optional
Cook and drain noodles. Dump back in saucepan. Add garlic immediately, stir, cover (this almost starts cooking the garlic and takes a tiny bit of the raw garlic edge off). You can add the other ingredients with the garlic or a few minutes later. Stir and serve.
