Recipe: |
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1" cube ginger, peeled & chopped
6 cloves garlic
1 T. black peppercorns
2 T. sesame oil
2 lb. flank steak
Put first 6 ingredients in food processor and give a good whirl. Stab the hell out of the flank steak with a fork (both sides) so the marinade will penetrate. Put steak and marinade in a ziplock bag and marinate for 2-4 hours (do NOT let steak marinate more that 6 hrs or it'll get mushy). Grill and slice thinly across the grain. |
