½ lb. beansprouts
1 T. sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
1 T. soy sauce
2 t. sesame oil
2 t. green onion tops, sliced very thinly
1 t. sugar
1 t. (rice) vinegar
1/16 – 1/8 t. Korean chili flakes
Rinse sprouts. Bring a pan of water to boil. Add sprouts and cook just until they begin to go limp. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Mix remaining ingredients for dressing and mix with sprouts
