7 oz. can chipotle in adobo sauce
12 cloves garlic, peeled
1 T. ground coriander
1 T. ground cumin
1 T. salt
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend to a paste. Store in a quart ziplock bag in the freezer. It won't freeze solid and you can easily break off little bits to add a zingy wow to lots of dishes.
Pretty spicy - find your tolerance.
We put it on eggs, with sour cream in/on tacos, in stuffed portabellos, a hint on sandwiches. Trust me, you'll find excuses to put in/on lots of things!
